But more often than not, after just a few minutes of discussion, I realize they are not anywhere near ready to look for a business location. They may have an idea in mind, but rarely do they have a clue where to start! It then can become a frustrating conversation between myself and the prospect, as I try to educate them briefly on where to start. Of course I want to lease the space, however, I am more concerned with getting a well-prepared tenant that is mentally, emotionally, and financially ready for entrepreneurship.
